自2020年1月1日起，以下13项技术法规内包含的产品将必须在SABER电子操作平台上进行注册并获取Product CoC和Shipment CoC，届时，相关产品如未在SABER平台进行注册，将无法清关：

3) 简易压力装置的技术法规/Technical Regulation for Simple Pressure Devices;

5) 装饰品的技术法规/Technical Regulation for Ornaments and Decorations;

6) 门窗的技术法规/Technical Regulation for Doors and Windows;

7) 鞋类和皮革的技术法规/Technical Regulation for Shoes and Leather;

8) 烟花的技术法规/Technical Regulation for Fireworks;

9) 包装的技术法规/Technical Regulation for Packaging;

10) 建筑材料，第五部分：水和电力网络中使用的塑料和金属管材/Technical Regulation for Building Materials – Part 5- Plastic and Metal Pipes and Tubes Used in Water and Electricity Networks;
